Senior Platform Engineer

In this role, you will
- Drive reliability, security, and scalability across the platform
- Architect and implement multi-tenant scale-out (10–100x) and observability solutions
- Lead incident response, performance profiling, and cost control initiatives
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and environment provisioning
- Work with engineers across the stack to remove friction and accelerate delivery

- The platform scales seamlessly as usage grows 10-100x, with robust observability and incident response
- Security and compliance are built-in, not bolted on
- Developer velocity is tangibly higher—teams ship faster, with fewer blockers
- CI/CD, test infra, and development environments are reliable, discoverable, and loved by engineers
- Cost controls and performance budgets are visible and actionable
- You are a go-to partner for infra, deployment, and tooling challenges: unblocking others and raising the bar for engineering excellence.
