Technical Test Architect – Quality Engineering & Test Strategy

We help product teams build reliable systems where quality is not tested afterwards, but built into the development process.
Now we’re looking for a Technical Test Architect who wants to shape how quality is designed, implemented and automated in modern software systems.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, architects and DevOps teams to ensure quality is an integral part of the entire delivery pipeline.
What you will do
As a consultant, you will work in complex environments with a high level of influence over how quality is approached.
Examples of what you may work with:
- Defining and implementing test strategies for complex systems
- Designing and establishing test architecture and automation frameworks
- Ensuring quality in CI/CD pipelines
- Driving adoption of modern test automation practices
- Supporting teams in testability and quality engineering practices
- Working with systems based on microservices and cloud platforms
You will often act as a technical leader within quality and collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers and product teams.
Typical technology stack
Our consultants often work with technologies such as:
- Playwright / Cypress
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- API testing (Karate, RestAssured)
- Docker and container environments
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
We think you have
- Experience coaching teams and driving improvements
- Experience designing test strategies and test architecture
- Several years of experience in test automation and software quality
- Strong technical background with experience in programming
- Experience working with CI/CD and modern development workflows
Experience with microservices, distributed systems or DevOps practices is a strong plus.
